I've been getting pretty lonely here- I don't think I could bring myself to talk about it at the time, but I had to rehome my dog, Koda, after my ex and I broke up. I was never been a perfect dog owner, but after we broke up my ex was yelling at her a *lot* more, just treating her differently, and she was getting more and more fear-aggressive and defensive to the point that she would cower and growl every time he or his dog tried to enter the room. :/ I didn't want her to be stuck somewhere with me that was going to exacerbate her fear and behavior, and I didn't know how long I would be stuck there at the time, so I did what I thought was best and found a new family for her. I still get updates and she looks happier and healthier than ever, but I do miss her to death and definitely realized recently that I needed SOMETHING to keep me from being alone until I'm able to get another dog. Given that snakes are generally so low maintenance as pets, I thought it would be a good choice for me right now. I haven't named her yet but I'll make sure to take some pics soon! She's a super butter ball python/blue eyed leucistic for anyone interested in snake stuff :)

Selfie/outfit post? Also, because I get people asking about it pretty often- yes, of course I'm growing my hair back out! Truthfully, if I haven't already said it before, I've been pretty self conscious ever since cutting it. At the end of the day I mainly cut it because it was unhealthy, and I'm just trying to grow it out healthy this time :)

I'm sorry guys, of course after everything else my phone is being weird about editing the vid... 😭 I had a draft I was trying to load, but it was taking HOURS to download for some reason. I think it has something to do with the video having been backed up to icloud/no longer technically being on my device, but regardless, I think I might just have to start over with editing it- which isn't a big deal! Thank you guys so much for the love and encouragement on my last post... 🥺💕 I'm *always* surprised at how sweet and supportive the response is when I open up about personal-ish stuff, I really can't express how much it means to me. I'm gonna start putting some concrete work into myself/my mental health starting today, with going to the gym and eating better. I just got back and i'm exhausted, but I feel amazing and I just know this is a step in the right direction :) I can't lie that I'm also already thinking about the potential gym body gains though... 😋 I'm going to be going through *all* of my messages tomorrow as well, sorry if you've been waiting on a response from me!

Everything went well and we moved in on Thursday! Got some basic essentials for groceries, furniture etc yesterday, still need everything from a bed to more clothes hangers but I can finally settle down now at least! Thanks for all the help/support from you guys to get here. ❤️
