If they are very short chained, generally will have a very large glycemic affect and spike ur BS-- to still get ur carbs (u need them) you can very easily east something like chick peas which are long chained and wont spike ur BS hardly at all... anyways thanks for listening, and if u avoid carbs youre cancelled!!!

2023-07-16 18:47:21 +0000 UTC View PostMultiple ppl have asked how to track calories:: I'll make a video talking about it but start by downloading the app called My fitness pal, and setting ur location to canada so that it allows u to have the scanner feature without paying for premium 😝 (u can scan a product barcode and it auto populates) It's pretty self explanatory, note though it tends to undershoot calories a bit but overall not bad for starting out!!

2023-07-05 15:15:06 +0000 UTC View PostIf you need help with diet-- Calories are fr calories. No bullshit. I can eat McDonald's 3x a day and lose WEIGHT as long as it's under my calorie maintenence. If you specifically want to lose FAT, that's when food quality and type ALSO matters. Easiest way to start being conscience of that is to look up a few calorie calculators, take the average of them all, make sure ur hitting about .7-1.2g of protein PER POUND of bodyweight, the rest can be whatever... If you've never done it before, don't go crazy with weighing everything to the nearest gram and shit, start slow, ease ur way into it. Tracking calories is like bottoming for the first time. Relax. Be slow. Lube that hoe up, and after some time of playin around with it, it's fun and games🤟👍
2023-07-01 08:10:04 +0000 UTC View PostSorry, i work nights so didn't post till j now-- Make sure you're getting enough sleep (ironic I know), and getting ur vitamins and minerals ontop of ur macronutrients, if ur deficient in the micros, especially deficient in sleep, ur body isn't recovering and is running super inefficiently. Any standard multivitamin will be fine, try not to depend on exogenous melatonin supps though cause that long term can fuck ur sleep up. Ps: ur ass won't grow without sleeping so... gorgeous gorgeous girls get their fuckin sleep and micros!!!

2023-06-28 13:09:07 +0000 UTC View PostOne of the best things you can do to maximize ur workout efficiency is to time ur rest-- if u have a digital watch of any kind, record ur rest so u know and get the best possible intensity/ recovery between sets. For example, if ur doing heavy triples, go ahead and time that 5 minutes of rest... if ur doing higher volume sets and wanna kick up the intensity, make the rest like 1.5 minutes...
