Staying in shape during and after pregnancy is easy if you continue working out and eating right throughout the entire process. That whole thing about you're eating for two...its bullshit. You're eating for one. Some may say well yeah if you want a small or malnourished newborn. Wrong. I'm 5ft and 120lbs, our son, was almost 9lbs. I ate the same as I do today and worked out until the day he popped out.

Imagine reaching over your body and putting on your seatbelt. By allowing the weight to pull forward and across your body you're stretching your lats (which will allow for further growth), then pulling back on the contraction in a supinated grip (palms up) to put more focus on the lower lats. The rest is pretty self explanatory π
