Not a long video...but first workout in 8 days due to a long lasting migraine 🤕 My body is flat, and strength is down due to lack of proper nutrition and exercise. I've never had a migraine til this last week, and wow is it debilitating. My husband gets em all the time and I don't know how he deals with them. On a good note it's gone and I'm back to my normal self. I know many out there think it's good to take a week off of EVERYTHING!! But that's so not true. Maybe a week off the gym, but not a week off both the gym, a balanced diet, work etc. That shit throws everything off, at least for myself. I can see it, and I can definitely feel it. The sluggishness from lack of is horrible. I hope everyone is doing well otherwise!
