Started with triceps until I burnt them out, ended with all glute work to finish off the workout. It's funny how working out, having a nicer body, and having crazy discipline really does boost your confidence. I was always the loud one growing up, people thought I was just so confident that's how I was. When really it was the exact opposite. I had very low self esteem and self worth. My scrawny body, my big ears, no ass etc. I drew attention to my mouth by talking loud, BEING loud, all to draw the attention away from my flaws. Fast forward to today I've built genuine confidence. I'm no longer the "loud one" begging for attention. I've turned in the "quiet, analytical" type. Analyzing myself and my surroundings at all times. Never begging for attention, just being me. Some might say, having a body like mine is begging for attention. No, it's not. It's how I prefer to have my body, it's how I like to live, if that draws attention that's not might fault, nor do I care. When you do not care what others think...that's real confidence ?

Just one exercise of our most recent workout. This particular lift is just another way, or variation to a straight leg deadlift to work hamstrings and glutes. Wanted to post this to highlight my figure. I'm proud of the physique that I've built. These are the results are the countless hours in and out of the gym, staying disciplined on food choices, and sacrificing fun and leisure activities for the body I desire. 1-2 more months and this will be a show quality body. Back day!!! And I'm gettin diced baby πͺ all that hard work is paying off. Back exercises 1 & 4, both similar, but work the back differently. While all back exercises will work the lats, WHERE the focus is placed all depends on your grip (over hand, underhand, or neutral) and the width of your arms. The first exercise shown will help build thicker and bigger lower lats. This will help give that Christmas tree effect to the lower lats/erector spinae muscles once big and lean enough to achieve that. The fourth is a neutral grip on the V bar, which places the focus to the mid to low back, once again creating thicker muscle. It's recommended to do multiple versions and variations of each exercise to build a "complete" body part. A complete back must be worked from all angles.
