Let's just say it's three exercises back-to-back with no rest, and all on the same piece of equipment. Cable curls, overhead triceps extensions, and some cable rope crunches. I changed out the EZ bar with the rope out of personal preference, but all can be done with either or. I will always perform 2-3 warm up sets of much lighter weight to start off each muscle group before I move on to 5-6 working sets ON TOP of the warm ups. When busy I try to utilize the equipment as much as I can to save time hunting for an open machine or dumbbells.
