It's a love/hate for myself. I hate the water and it's still freezing cold, but it does keep me cool in the hot sun, and feels so rewarding when done. We go thru a series of different exercises, pretty nonstop for 60-90 minutes. Usually the first 30-45 minutes we're working with bands in the direct sunlight, then finish off with the water to cool us down π₯΅

We're all going thru different things in life, somethings are easy, some uplifting, some are tough, and some are outright tragedies. Regardless, we must try and remain positive no matter what life throws at us. Being negative, living with a negative mindset won't get you any further, and it's not going to fix the problems and will only make you more miserable. For those that don't know, both my family and my husband's families are extremely unhealthy and miserable. THAT is a major factor on why we/I push so hard every single day. I devote myself to keep in top physical and mental shape so that I avoid that trap. Health is wealth, and this past year has brought that more to the forefront. Our families hunkered down, and used this pandemic as an excuse to NOT do anything. Now they are suffering mentally, physically and financially and use every excuse in the book. The fact is we all have the same 24 hrs, we all have the ability to change, and we all have the ability to remain positive and be thankful for what we have while striving for more. Wake up everyday with a goal in mind, stay strong, stay positive and uplift others that may need some help or guidance. I'm known mostly for my sex work on my social media platforms, but first and foremost my passion is fitness and helping to inspire others. Times are tough and if I can help even just one person a day, help them thru a tough time, help them get back on track, or simply put a smile on their face, that means more to me than any compliment, tip, or sexual scenario. Set some goals and get after them as if your life depends on it. Why? Because it really does. Your future is dictated mostly by your actions today π―

It was a back AND arms workout session, about 50/50. 50% back work, 50% arm work. I've been doing about 5 working sets on each exercise I do. Focusing on overall volume and quality lifts instead of clangin n bangin thru the weights.
