Took the workout out back to keep our minds busy while giving our bodies a boost. Sometimes the best therapy even for sadness and grief, is to maintain control of your emotions and continue on with your daily routine. Seems almost heartless but doing nothing and sobbing all day isnt guna change anything. So...we continue with life and push even harder. A nearly 100 degree day, kettlebells, workout bands, and some water is all we need. Alternate from a dry exercise, to a wet exercise and keep the flow goin. Keep the intensity high. The good thing about the water is that is keeps you much cooler and the workout is actually much easier. Annoying, but easier. The next outside workout will NOT be with water but in 100 degree direct sun. Pushing the boundaries each and every time. Oh yeah, if I look a little chubbier, I am 😂 I like to eat junk when coping with a situation like this lol. So I've spent the entire weekend eating like shit 😁
