The first two exercises are a great superset to fire up the lower lats. Reverse grip pull downs immediately followed by rope pull overs. It was a back AND arms workout session, about 50/50. 50% back work, 50% arm work. I've been doing about 5 working sets on each exercise I do. Focusing on overall volume and quality lifts instead of clangin n bangin thru the weights.
