Heavy cream and boost funnel. That glass I drank from broke, so I drink from this bigger plastic cup now. I fill it to the top and drink one almost every night. I also drink a smaller amount after breakfast. Decided to record a vid to show you the funnel someone got me. Can't wait until I find someone else to do the pouring.

This is not really a workout, but I was setting up my pull up bar and wanted to see how the camera angles looked. I'll post a more serious workout vid soon.
