Just another lazy day. Lounging around in bed all afternoon with a window cracked to smell and hear the rainfall. Listen to some music or have old favourite movies playing in the background. The sound of thunder reminds me of the power within the storm and I try to be gentle with myself… these are the days where giving in is fine, falling down is fine, being soft is still ok and this too shall pass

Blah. Had to get out to feed the animals and decided to go for a walk. Felt nice to wheeze some fresh air into my lungs. Major weather system is moving into the area tonight and seems like households will be storm stayed through the weekend.
