Good morning ✨ Some of the great influence that farm work had on me in the past two week is the ability to wake up around 6 in the morning without an alarm🌿 And then I watch the sunrise ~
I am back from the farm 🌿 And it finally feels like spring, I even went barefoot on a walk in the park today🥰✨ The sunlight is getting really warm and I’m motivated to wander in the nature~ And of course I can finally take some outdoor nudes for you to enjoy!
Life update: I am currently volunteering in a small animal sanctuary, It has been almost a week since I am here, those were 5 days of very hard work and absolute exhaustion. Now when Im starting to get a hang of things it gets more enjoyable, also it is no longer freezing outside ✨🌿 I have pet many rabbits and sheep during those 5 days 🥰 They also have a very aggressive male geese here, named Herbert, Herbert has been exceptionally nice to me, I think he thinks I am a female geese, he keeps following me around and cleaning me whenever I sit down to rest for a few minutes. Maybe I should give him my OnlyFans link haha ✨
good morning :> I bring you this lovely video today! Let me know what you think and if it made u smile :> Have a lovely rest of the week and see you soon!
It is so gloomy in January, only staying in bed and drinking hot chocolate can help us now~ Will you make some for us? I might tease you a bit while you do it~✨☺️
🌿Today we are learning about a lovely Turkey Tail mushroom.🌿
It is a common mushroom, that is found on most kinds of decaying logs and dying trees. Typically it grows in large clusters that cover a big portion of the log it is growing on.
The best time to look for it is during autumn through winter time here in Germany, although it can grow during any time of the year across most of Europe. This is one of the very widespread mushrooms and can be found in most parts of the world.
Medicinal properties :
Supports the immune system
Adaptogenic properties*
Supports gut health
Benefits for working out
Helps with fatigue
*Adaptogens help the body adapt to the various types of stressors we come across. This includes physical, biological, mental and chemical stressors.
I consider them being a good beginner mushroom as after some practice it is not difficult to identify it, as well as it doesn’t have poisonous look a likes. It is fairly common (although it took me a few months to find my first turkey tail but that typically is not the case haha) as well as it is easily dried and has many benefits even if it is not a gourmet or even edible mushroom.
🍄When foraging for mushrooms never take all or most you find! Mushrooms are very important for a healthy forest and wildlife. Only take a little bit from every patch . It is better to take too little than too much.

Traditionally Turkey Tails were made into the medicinal tea for many thousands of years all over the world. It is a wonderful tonic tea(which means something you can drink daily) The tea can be made from dried or fresh mushrooms.
🌿Clean and rinse the mushrooms . 🌿Boil the water and let it to cool down till around 80 degrees Celsius
🌿Add the mushrooms and let them to infuse with water for around 30 minutes to an hour. The longer the better. Just make sure the water doesn’t get too cold or too hot for optimal results and medicinal benefits. 🌿Remove the mushrooms from the tea liquid and it is done!✨
Good afternoon 🪴✨ There will be a new feet focused video coming out this evening 🌿 How are you guys doing? How was your start of the week? I’m having a busy week and trying to keep up with my to-do list and so far I’m mostly managing:>
