I’M FINALLY HOME!!! I’m ngl, I am exhausted and already feel myself melting into this bed rn and it feels sooooo good… there’s truly nothing like your own bed 🥲 I’m sorry I was mia all week, I camped for the festival and usually my cell service is super good but I couldn’t even reliably send text messages 🥴 every once in a while I’d get a little bit of reception in one of the far bathroom buildings but not much, so I ended up doing a lot of reading, including one book that I borrowed from my friend that had a bit more of a ~smut~ vibe than what I usually read 🫣 my phone was also acting up for a bit after I left Vegas but luckily I think it’s back to normal now (hopefully) so I’ll see you in DMs tomorrow!! Good news and bad news: Good news: I worked out!! 🥰 I usually don’t braid my hair like this for workouts but it’s actually p cute ☺️ first pic is pre-workout, second and third are post-workout 💕 Bad news: my internet isn’t working and I’m tired of trying to fix it (this also means I’ll catch up on messages tomorrow instead of tonight bc this is so annoying that now I’m tired and grumpy 😔) so I decided to get in bed but I have smart lights so they won’t turn off and I’m too tired and cozy to get up to turn them off manually so ig I’ll be trying to sleep with the lights on, wish me luck 😭
(in case anyone is curious, I opened my internet app and it didn’t show an outage for my area but it did say “your internet is disconnected” - if your next thought was “sounds like someone didn’t pay their bill!” I am sad to say the payment confirmation from last month was right there showing I was paid up 🤨 if you’re now wondering “why is that sad?” WELL it’s because these internet peddling RATS absolutely hose tf out of me every month 🥲🥲🥲)

I made it through the second workout class!! I did really well during the weights part but definitely was not crushing it as hard on the bike as I was yesterday 💀 and lowkey… my arms are kinda sore from yesterday’s class LOL 🥲
Good news: I made it out of the weird hotel alive 🙏 did my flight get delayed like 3-4 times? did I get home like 24 hours later than intended and miss a work event I’ve been looking forward to for weeks? Yes I did 🥲 BUT I’m finally home and I got to go to ballet today! (Yay!) and I got my new tires put on my car (yay!)… however, very un-yay is I was informed I have a really bad alignment problem on one of my front wheels and it has made my tire wear out super fast so allegedly I should probably buy two more tires… I’m really hoping this isn’t actually real but at this point a couple different people have told me it’s a thing so it might be real IDK WHY ARE CARS SO COMPLICATED 🥲 I made the cutest little video in the cursed hotel, can’t wait to show u tomorrow 🥰
I had a heck of a weekend - I stayed out until 5 one night (I went and got late night 24 hour drive through food with friends after a party, it was so nostalgic and fun 🥰), woke up a few hours later for a family brunch, found a screw in my tire (VERY UPSETTING), went to a birthday party at one of those bouncing jumping places, and then went to the tire store today to try to resolve my little problem… and let’s just say when my credit card statement arrives I’m gonna be there like 🫣 hahaha WHY ARE TIRES SO EXPENSIVE 🥲 on the bright side, the tire store was open pretty late so I finally got to sleep in today to recover from my weekend before I had to head over 🥰 can’t wait to sleep again tonight, I went to Costco for my tires and it was my first time shopping in one in years! It was lowkey exhausting 💀 but I got some great deals :3
