I’ll be honest, I think this is the first year since I was 15 yrs old that I haven’t felt depressed leading up to/during the holiday time.
A void of just loneliness and emptiness… and anxiety (of course 💁‍♀️, but she never really goes away so it’s fine).

Does anyone ever experience these feelings during or before the holidays?

I actually love getting deep with ppl… especially during the stillness and quiet of the night… When my brain can slow down to the world and the rest of my body.
