The pain is also easing off (thankfully I have a very high pain threshold) I think another 2-3 weeks and I will be able to train upper body light. Thankfully no cast needed as it’s only a hair line fracture.
Keeping it super tight as you can see! Eating lots of nutritious food and hitting my cardio hard. Nothing keeps big Connor down for long!! 😈💪
