There is something I learnt this year.
We tend to think that we can't make 'big' changes (or any change at all!) because of people around us and just things, and that it's complicated, blablabla.
Actually this is all in our heads, maybe you'll have a reaction here or there, depending on people's sensitivities but really they're not your responsability and more times than not you'll see that people just don't care and adapt much quicker than we think. We make elephants out of little little birds.
Universe is really a forgiving playground, you cannot do anything wrong. And if there is one thing to do that is right it is just to be more present. Just here right now, not in our head, but in the body, feeling the eternal nothingness that makes all existing things to exist, the now.
