Day 3 of GOMAD. Honestly mixing half into a gainer shake and then pouring chocolate syrup in the rest has made this experience soooo yummy. Hopefully after this cycle of roids my acne will be gone and I’ll be an adorable fat muscle bull 😜

Honestly if I’m not pumped full of fat boys shakes on the daily in between meals I don’t feel like I’m fueling my gains in the gym enough or this belly. The constant hunger is driving me crazy😮💨😮💨😮💨 I could have a feeder stuffing me all day and even at dinner time I’d still be starving 🥵🥵🥵
