I think I have nice feet… I know some people like the natural look and others prefer the pedicure/painted toes….

I always though at some point I would end up with a foot person who offered to pay for monthly pedicures - maybe some day 😆🤷🏼‍♀️

I don’t know how many men think about what happens to a cervix when an IUD is inserted… let alone once it has “adhered” for 7 years and is then removed…

Well - it is pretty crazy if you are someone who has a visual or sensory imagination… let alone that type of mind and have actually experienced it multiple times…

Yesterday - I had my second one removed and then my cervix said “thou shall not pass” when they tried measuring my uterus….

So after ripping out the adhered IUD, all of the cervical opening is raw. They then need to insert a measuring device to make adjustments to the new device prior to insertion…

My cervix wouldn’t let them measure it…

They do not give you meds or numb anything… while they try to coax the damaged tissue to re-open…. And they use devices to try to prop/hold/maneuver the uterus in an attempt to follow the damaged path of the cervical opening back into the uterus…

Tomorrow… they will make a second attempt to measure my uterus and insert a new IUD.

Wish me and my cervix luck!! 😆

Hey Everyone!!

I know a bunch of you know what is and has been happening in my real life for the last year so kind of understand the ups/downs of my content during this last year a bit more than some of the new people…

Just know that my job is stressful, and I also have some other really awful stuff going on that is out of my control….yet I have to deal with it.

Having complex PTSD, anxiety and autistic-adhd… “balance” is precarious without any stress so add a metric shit-ton of stress….and ALL systems fail 😂🤷🏼‍♀️

I am learning soooooo much about myself through all of this - it is a silver lining to all of the ongoing toxicity. I am someone who ultimate grows and thrives…. I keep picking away at the pile; some days it is a spoonful and other days an excavator.
