An AMAZING back workout despite a pounding headache 🤕 Didn't wear my normal altitude training mask for that reason. Badass workout tho nonetheless! Sometimes you've got to mentally shut out the pain and focus on the task at hand. That task was to annihilate my back and biceps muscle, and I did just that, and guess what? Headache was gone by the time I was finished. Killed two birds with one stone. Very happy with how everything is coming along 💪🏽😘💋

Super incline chest and some curls. Nothing special. Wasn't feeling that great. Had an upset stomach due to some junk food I ate the day prior. And this is the reason I don't eat shit ass food, BUT work had to be done so I did it anyway. When I'm not feeling that great I prefer not to be recorded much. Back, back, more back and some ab work! I'm growing and not even trying anymore. Cardio gets you leaner yes, but when done after so many years of not being consistent with it it can have a growth affect on you. The extra blow flow feeds the muscle extra oxygen and nutrients never before seen before, causing faster and better recovery, therefore growth can occur. I'm really not trying to, but I am trying to increase my cardio/aerobic levels.
