So yes, I was sick again, its take me a long time recovering my health. But I feels better, just a few weak, Im joining to do exercise and boxing calls me, it feeels so good to leave it all the frustration, sadness and angry with every punch.
I share u a video, cause u are part of this process, maybe in some time you can watch pretty good abs and arms 🙈
