Took my Penetrator fins on their maiden voyage and hit a new PB of 31 meters 🥳 I remember seeing freediving in some documentary when I was little and I thought “that’s impossible, I bet only a few people in the world can do that! I’ll never do that!” And here I am doing it and loving it. It’s so profoundly healing and therapeutic. I feel that way about the ocean in general, but something about just diving the line quiets and calms my mind like no other. All the noise floats away.
