Guys there are abs exercises but imagine there is a nut 🌰 in a pudding. And the nut are your abs ;)
First you have to eat all this pudding around by doing cardio and then if you worked on your abs you can see them 😍💪🏻

My answer: It doesn’t matter. Take your time whenever it fits in your day. Important to do your workouts and don’t skip them 💪🏻

I am never having one glute day. I like to train legs and add a bunch of exercises. My advice: Never skip LEG PRESS Mashine! It will help you so much in developing quads, harmstrings and glutes.
