I’ve been asked why I don’t have abs, and the simple answer ..

I’ve been asked why I don’t have abs, and the simple answer is because I have a hernia. I want to train them but it causes me discomfort and I don’t want it getting worse. I do have a surgery setup in a few months to get it taken care of. But I figured I’d mention why I don’t train them or have them currently. Once it’s fixed, you best believe I’ll train them 🤣💪🏽
