Now that all the panels of part one are done and illustrated, we now must color and animate! This is the fun and more tedious part!
We have animated the characters from the second panel as Rogan makes his way to his dick adventure. We will make a few more tweaks and then put them in place and move to the next panel! Your subscriptions have helped us along quite a bit as we are now able to animate for more hours in the day.
The next dynamic animation coming up is the basketball posters rogan encounters from the elevator. This will be quite a process as there is a lot of movement.
Please note that as we build environments like cars, buses, buildings, parks, characters homes, etc. The process will go much faster because those things can be used again without needing a week to illustrate them.
Hello! So here are all the panels in part 1 of DP Dorm! Thank you for staying through this tedious but necessary process! Now we can get to the good stuff.
We have color next as the animator now animates each panel and then we must blend each panel together with the character movements!
As you can see we have been able to increase production due to your subscriptions! So again thank you so much!

P.S it is blank off to the side of the page because I did not want to give away too much before the episode came out. As we release more and more episodes we will include less background work here and it will be mostly video animation with light updates between each episode. There has to be a few adjustments on these before we get to the permanent line work. As you can see we are making some nice progress now. I can’t wait until we start color!
This is how each panel starts. Lots of conversation and then sketching. We only have a few more panels to illustrate. Once they are done we will start the color process!!
So if you have been watching the process of this by now you can piece that Rogan is making his way to the dorm room! The hardest part about this process was making the environments and the characters. I wanted the environments and other characters to be just as dynamic as the fuck scenes. This is a ton of coordination between 3 people and our team is bout to grow in the next month or two after the first episode release!
We are working literally every day so we can bring you a regular animated series. Thank you so much for your subscriptions! It means so much to us that you are willing to support us in this development Phase! Due to your subscriptions here we are able to extend the hours development in October! This will increase the amount of hours we spend a day illustrating, animating and voice acting! So thank you again for your support!
As you can see we are still in the illustration phase of part one of the first episode. It will come in 2 parts! We have animated the first panel but it is without color. The illustrator and I are continuing finishing all the panels from part one. We are are about 20 panels away from being done with the first part. Once they are complete we will start color. Don’t worry these 20 panels are not dynamic like the first ones. These last 20 are in the same room and only the characters move around. So we don't have to draw a background for each panel. This saves a TON of time! I have also attached the rough panel outlines so you can see what a is left. The descriptions do not reflect completely what is going on or any of the scripting. It is just there for dev references.
Obviously we are not going to have the first episode done in 10 days.This project is well within our capabilities to do. But the quality required us to take more time. We really want to bring you something well made and thought out.
Please forgive us for taking so long. We are amateurs. Please also remember that your subscriptions really do allow us to put more hours into the day with this. Currently we are working at 6 hour days. Our goal is 12 hours a day. We love doing this and we are so excited to show you what we can do. So these are the new key frames for Rogan’s waking. This is not the full frame rate. It is only 3 frames per second. Final walking animation will be 24 fps. Note how his knees bend more and his head and books move more in sync with each other.
Also note how rogan buns have more shape lol. Some of you may also notice the dick print movement the animator added there. 😈 lol

Hello guys! Here is an update on the animation process!
This was the original walking animation for Rogan. We were not satisfied with his body movements and had to change his key frames.
Here you can note he looks very stiff in the legs and it is as if he is gliding across the surface instead of making contact. By changing bud key frames we were able to have his body and legs move in a more natural way.

Now that we have these very detailed panels out of the way we can get through the rest of them much faster! We have also started animating the first panel of scene one! The very rough walking you see at the end of the video is a sample animation made for adjustments. It is in 3 fps. The final animation will be in 24 fps.
