I started today with someone who felt as passionate about it as I was. I decided that I would share with more of you, this beautiful exercise, in creating a life filled with miracles. Sustainability Saturday🌸 Today I wanted to touch base on a different twist of sustainability like how you should sustain relationships with people that do not share the same view point because everyone knows something that you don’t. In recent weeks, we see people breaking off friendships or partnerships based off of indifference. People do not know how to withstand an opinion or new facts that do not fit their narrative or the narrative that has been fed to them. It is important to stay open minded and listen without becoming emotionally involved. Too many of us dictate our lives based on what our initial emotional response is off ego and self indulgence. If we are calm and offer a dialogue of communication then we aren’t arguing but adding value to the conversation. It is okay to change your mind once presented with new information, and it does not mean that it is a defeat. If you are too stubborn to get your pride hurt, then you’ll constantly be living in a lie that you hold to be true. 🍀Sustain relationships and partnerships by being open minded, calm and patient. 🌸

Shadow work is integrating your *un-conscious* to your *conscious* experience. It is not sunshine🌤and lollipops🍭 okay? because you already know.... we all have our own full storage of *un-conscious* patterns and behaviors that will surface and make our realities super ugly for a while. Why shadow work? You can either dig to find it or it’ll creep up and find you instead. It’s initially a personal development hack that helps you understand the deeper aspects of your inner world. It is a dark period of time that unravels the key to happiness, if you are brave enough to face it. 🦦 You know in fairy tales how the knight feels so much excitement as he gets ready for his travels to find the princess, in the high castle, for his true love kiss? Then when he gets to the castle... there’s lava, broken bridges and fire breathing dragons? Okay I basically described the movie shrek😂😅 You get the point, right? I hope LOL That basically describes shadow work perfectly in the midst of a spiritual awakening. The beginning of a spiritual awakening gives the illusion that everything is brighter, more fun and exciting! It feels like a buzz when you smoke weed, but then when you accidentally get too high, you’re effed up for a bit? but then after it passes... you’re silly, calm and your headache is gone? Yup...in short, that’s shadow work😂 Going through your dark side of your soul will help you learn how to embrace your whole self and reclaim your authenticity! The science is meant to understand the relationships of people to their environment. The main purpose is to seek how plants and animals use the world around them. The 4 categories in ecology are organisms, population, community and ecosystem. Some might add biosphere to that list, as well. In a changing climate, we need to sustain biodiversity by providing knowledge on food production + clean water and air! 🌬🍃 The goal of ecology is to understand the distribution of living things to the physical environment. To keep ecology in balance is our human duty. Doing our part is critical for less mass extinction, more transferable clean energy + recycling organic and inorganically. 🧼 There are a few theories that go with ecology, such as family and social ecology theories. Family ecology theory is based on advancement of technology and developing new ideas to impact their environment in a natural way. While Social ecology theory aims to set up a united society by guided reason and break down the tradition capitalist system of production. 🪐🔭 What are your thoughts on how we can unite and make the world a better place? 💭🤔

We have a choice to shift from our lowest points to a higher point by shifting the way our minds view the situation our soul is in. We are never stuck, we are always being taught something for a reason. If we don’t learn what our situation is trying to tell us, we feel stuck. The situation will keep repeating itself, so we can learn more and more until there is nothing more to learn. Knowing this info, How do we shift our souls into being at a low point to a high point? We view LOVE as an emotion as opposed to LOVE being an energy field and the main source of energy. There are different emotions and states of love. For example, personal, friendly, romantic etc. If we realign and recalibrate to LOVE as an energy field, where everyone is a walking form of love, we then can practice spirituality practically. 💙💜💛💚

To begin, a spiritual awakening can be disguised through deep intense suffering or “illness”. There are multiple stages of a spiritual awakening, and it can happen over and over again. An awakening comes with a sense of self awareness where you look to seek more of yourself and the reality surrounding you. The experience is confusing and scary. It isn’t the tradition “love and light” stigma. The awakening will eventually help you see a new reality by healing the initial pain. To take action on the different types of sustainability in this world, we must have a minimum understanding of the unseen world and be open in viewing a new perspective. Figuring out the needs that your mind and body ask for will help you grasp what the environment around you needs, as a reflection. The new sense of self awareness acts as a feedback loop of information because everything is connected in nature. We are not separate from the universe. We are not observers. We are creators. We are quantum beings. Allow yourself to forgive your mistakes, through the process, during this time.

Well, let’s begin here, when the body is out of harmony, chaos begins to emerge. A lack of harmony turns into failure. People have two personality traits. One that is constructive and one that is destructive. How do we get harmony and poise in our lives through our traits? For starters, having a solid foundation will be needed. Your mind is a broadcasting system. One thought is an electrical disturbance that carries itself theough an electrical nerve that also travels through a current. When your thoughts are out of alignment, there is no harmony. If still confused, be mindful on whether you are thinking your thoughts or someone else's thoughts. When you figure that out, you’ll have a desire to organize your mind. When you start organizing your mind, you turn failure to temporary defeat. Then temporary defeat turns into poise. And poise... turns Harmonious. ✌🏼🕊

Hey you! It’s Fitness Friday 👊🏽 I have lazy girl tendencies🥴, and sometimes, I like to workout with the least amount of effort. I also have times where i’m a beast and do a full HIT cardio boxing sesh! Making me feel so powerful. I call it balance! 😂 🗣What works best is being consistent in the workouts YOU enjoy! I don’t believe that people should exert themselves until they don’t feel well. The body will tell you when it needs rest. It’s better to rest when you need rest and not feel bad about it! Doing so, you are able to have a more productive workout, when you are ready. On those rest days, if you are feeling the need to still get up and be active, go kayaking, swimming or even on a beautiful hike! Hey might as well learn a new hobby? Wanna learn how to surf with me?
