Found an old gem. My body has changed so much over the years for various reasons that I don't need to get into. You know what's wild though? I have loved it every step of the way. There was a point when I was working at a Lingerie store that I realized how many people hate their bodies and that made me sad. I vowed to not be like that, and to help others love themselves too.
Now that I can move my body more freely again, I am absolutely in love with adding to my workouts every day. My body will change again and again and again and I look forward to sharing all of that with you!
And I mean, ALL of that ;-)

This is a test. A raw & pure test.
As we get settled into our grove, these strange times, this alternative ways of living and being -- so will these posts adapt and change with time. I never have walked the common path and I'm able to live free here. To truly connect with "me". Thank you for your patience and support as this grows.
