Feet and leg rubbing that I mentioned ages ago! 👣 stockings, coconut oil, and (quiet) ear eating 💖 I did run into some issues filming this one sadly, my recording didn't separate the mic tracks for some reason! So i couldnt edit the 3dio audio to match the level of the other mics near my feet :( i figured i'd still post it for the visuals and since it's still mostlyyy okay, the ear eating is quiet though and the minute or two of talking is really hard to hear 😭 I'll probably redo this in the future but I wanted to give my feet lovers something for the time being! A much needed update! For those of you who can't watch at the moment, here are the main points: I have taken a break from messages these last few months due to certain people making me highly uncomfortable and overstepping my boundaries. I am truly sorry to those of you who have been waiting for a reply from me, who have tipped ages ago with no response, etc. but it was something I needed to do to get into a better head space. Please know that I am truly thankful for each and every message from those of you who have never made me feel this way. That being said, the amount of messages I get now that my page has grown is something I have been struggling to keep up with for a long time. **I will now only be responding to messages that contain a tip.** These get filtered to a separate tab and will be the only one I check from now on. I know this is not positive news, even for me as this was something I never wanted to do on my page, so please watch the video before making any assumptions as to why I'm making this change. It's not for the money, it's purely to be able to keep up with the volume of messages I get. I never want to hire others to answer my messages, I want this page to be my own and it has become really difficult to carry on hundreds upon hundreds of conversations as one person. Now for the good news! I'm in a really great mental space right now and feel like I've made a lot positive changes that will hopefully start to shine through in my content. I have started a part time role at my family's company which has been so valuable, as working from home all alone can be very isolating and probably led to a lot of my issues with mental health last year. That being said, YOU and this page are still my priority. This will not affect my filming and photo days for this page, more so I'm hoping that this extra balance will make me even *more* motivated and refreshed when it comes to creating. I'm about to hit the text limit so the rest is in the vid! 😘

Hope you're having a lovely week so far 😘 I'm exhausted at the moment lol. A friend of mine is getting married and I'm a bridesmaid for the first time, I never really knew how... involved it was? 😂 As fun as it's been, I feel like my social battery is DEAD with the amount of events you have to be a part of. 🫠 I know I have been so endlessly busy & struggling with a lot of changes this year so far, but I really am trying lol. I will do an update video soon about everything (cause clearly I havent posted on other platforms in a while) but until then all I can say is thank you for brightening my day every time I come on this page 💕

i started painting again over the weekend! 🥰 i don't think i've ever talked about it but it's something that i absolutely love, but haven't had the motivation to do over the last couple years. going off of my medication for adhd and bipolar disorder has been a really eye opening (and extremely difficult lol) experience, i now see that my joy for things i previously loved had straight up disappeared over time. apparently this is a thing called anhedonia, which is associated with both medications i used to be on. withdrawal from stimulants has been hell, even as someone who took it exactly as prescribed, but i feel like i'm finally seeing the other side because of things like this. it feels amazing to feel passionate again. 🥲 just a little positive update for you after that mental health video i made a while back. idk if it's too soon to do another but i have a million things i could say about this whole medication free journey, it's been quite the year so far lol. i hope you've been taking care of yourself, sending you all the positive vibes ❤️

I'm so so sorry I totally disappeared this week but I'm currently bedridden with the flu. I haven't been this sick in years. I'm hoping in the next couple days I'll actually be able to get up and eat a full meal, let alone try and look cute for pics/videos. I hate this so much :(
