i had a pretty good weekend. spent it hanging with my friend and working on concepts for the new visual novel ill be working on. sadly i wasn't able to make it home today which caused me to miss my meeting. we waited downstairs for an hour and a half to no avail. we called them a couple times confused, but they just kept telling us 10 minutes. clearly they are far too busy tonight so ill be trying again in the morn. irritable and hungry from waiting had me ordering pizza to cope! what am i to do with myself? who wouldn't in my place? lmao
just finished the first season of JoJo an anime ive sorta reluctantly watched but im actually enjoying it quite a bit. it's funnier than i thought and it's deff dumb sometimes but that's part of the charm.
do you have a show that you were hesitant to watch but you liked it anyways? id love to know, maybe ill look into them myself ☺️

i was in some very important meetings today that dragged on so long that i had to eat dinner whilst i was giving my presentation. they liked my ideas! now i just gotta spend the next month creating an outline and semi script for the visual novel. also ive gotta work on concept sketches for the game too. it's really great timing that im working on this while i visit my family. ill have more time in those weeks free to me since i won't be streaming or doing frequent shoots.
im still pretty nervous about my trip but having this work to look forward to will help me keep my head straight.
i spent a good chunk of today working on a cute costume that im really proud of. get ready for the lil guardian angel on your shoulder because she's got lotsa love to give! hopefully you'll see that shoot some time next week!

i spent most of today working on an art commission, the rest of the day playing around with wombos dream AI. it's so inspiring to see what it makes as an artist and a designer it really fills me with joy!
i apparently might be working on a visual novel! im fine tuning the details but many things like this have been in discussion in our last couple meetings. they are having me come up with a concept and i will be pitching it to them tomorrow. they offered to pay me to make one of my own original ideas into a game ive always wanted to make but i declined for now because ik it will be faaar too big a project.
honestly when im working on art or thinking about art i need to work on im a lil daunted by the lack of time i have after doing my content. it's possible in the future if i start working on a bigger project i may have to take a break or work less over a period of time.

im so sorry i didn't post yesterday i had a bit of a hectic day where some things happened spur of the moment. atleast I was still able to enjoy streaming with my friend! my moms bf is really sick rn so we're all really worried for him. i really hope the doctors can help him.
i didn't stream windwaker today because we had the spookathon on Tuesday, and ill be doing another spookathon next tuesday so windwaker won't come back for a bit. after that im heading to visit family on the 27th and won't be back until the 16th of November. im gonna be wanting to enjoy my time with them but ill also do my best to post, but ill warn yalls now that i probably will mostly just be transferring content during that time as new content would be hard to make where im staying. alas all of that has yet to come, for now ill be doing my best to work hard for you guys!

sadly i had to take the weekend to do a bunch of work again so i couldn't go and see my friend like i usually do. it's never fun to have to work alot but i need to do it now so i can easy up my load for the future.
i was able to get a gift shoot done today so im pretty proud of myself for that. also my old boss finally gave me the details of the new job and i think im gonna take it! im excited to be an art director and consultant for the companies current project. because of this i may have to shift around how i do things but im always trying my best to make things work.

im so sorry for not posting yesterday! i had a last minute meeting with my dad and i had dinner with him. i haven't seen him in almost 4 years so it dragged on alot longer than i anticipated. by the time i got home i was such a nervous wreck and so emotionally exhausted that i just didn't have it in me to post, let alone that it was too late by the time i got home.
todays stream went well! even tho we didn't get much done we had a good vibe. hopefully i can do some more research before the next stream so i can be more prepared.

well i just spent over an hour looking through these photos frustrated with myself trying to find the right ones even though i already took the time to sort through them earlier. pretty close to crying i suffered through all the nasty things my head was saying and tried to just stay positive and get it done. i wish i could just be more calm but when i get hot and my mind escalates everything is just so much harder for me. i really wanted to give up and go curl up in bed and forget about everything. but im finally done now and im ready to go get high and try out overwatch 2 for the first time. it seems really cool so far even tho i had alot of doubts and concerns i think there is still fun to be had here.

i spent my weekend helping celebrate a special person in my life's birthday. she deserves the world so im gonna do my best to give it to her. friendship bracelets, matching Keychain, games we can play together, whatever i can to make her smile. it feels good to do nice things for people it really warms my heart and it's been a while since i was able to be generous like this. im deff not rolling in money most days but i do what i can with what i have.
im really gonna miss overwatch 1 but me and my friend are gonna play overwatch 2 and im sure it's going to be good even if it will be different. i do like that they have gone free to play and fixed up their cross platform. now i feel like i can get all my friends to join me in it.
i bought my friends book recently and im excited to read it. he is so very talented im sure it will be a great read! my other friend also has finished a new version of the beta of thwir fame so be sure that ima play it on a live stream again some time soon.

today i got to meet with my new friend who also has EDS. she came to my house and we hung out in my room just chatting about our lives and our condition. she told me the other day that she always wanted to have elf ears so i decided to give her my extra pair, and because she likes manga i also lent her some of my faves. her birthday is coming up so i bought us matching sanrio Keychains and friendship bracelets that will hopefully arrive this weekend. i can't wait to give her all the gifts when i see her again because i really want to see the look on her face when she opens them. ☺️

today i helped my friend stream for the first time in a couple years. not like he really needed the help but I love encouraging people and we played overwatch together to make it easy. im excited to stream tomorrow! I've made even more stream assets that im excited to show off plus ofc im pumped to keep playing wind waker! after this playthrough i think im actually going to play little miss fortune and then the bioshock series.
im most likely taking this weekend to myself at home to continue to catch up some things and so i can meet with my old boss who's looking to get me to work on a game they are making along with possibly cosolaying their mascot so that will be cool. ive enjoyed working for them in the past so im hoping ill have the time because id really like to again.

the weekend is over sadly and the new week has begun. lots of work to be done so onwards we go. im happy for this cooler weather we have been having where i am. nice and refreshing after such bad heat waves. fingers crossed that this is where it will stay for a while because i like being able to actually wear my clothes.
i made a new friend recently. my mom met the woman at the hospital who also has a daughter with EDS like me. she said that the girl looks just like me and because of our similarities and our condition she wanted us to meet. so far we have just been emailing and texting back and forth but she seems really sweet and im super happy to be there for someone who is going through the tough times that my condition can put us through. coincidentally she even lives close to me so we might actually meet one day. i already feel like a big sister to her, even tho im already a big sister its just been a long time since ive cared for someone like that.

i went for a walk to grab Timmies and some munchies for me and my friend to snack on this weekend. i meant to get up early but i just was so tired that i slept in again. finally been able to work on my art comms again tho idk how much time ill have for them rn. an old boss of mine from my art stuff got back into contact with me recently and offered me a few jobs. im gonna meet with him next weekend to discuss the diff jobs and what they need from me. if i have the time and energy then ill deff fit some things in. its been a pleasure working for his company in the past so im happy to continue to work for them again. ☺️

i was so sick this morning that i didn't know if id be able to pull a shoot off today, but i did! im proud of myself for pulling it together and getting it done because it really stresses me out to be behind on things like i am. tomorrow i hope to be able to do another one, this time a main shoot but it depends on my energy level, and if i have time during the day. my moms dog has been really sore recently because she had an allergic reaction to the flea meds my mom gave her. she just shakes and itches and looks so sad. i tried to cuddle with her today to cheer her up but there isn't much we could do for her other than try to make her comfy. i don't usually like her using my blankets or laying up where i rest my head at night, but i made an exception today. 🥲
visiting my friend this weekend. can't wait to play more Mario party and Mario kart. get high and vibe to music. we're also gonna start a new show to watch together so lots of fun to be had. ☺️
