I’ve been going through some more major heartbreak recently, so I’m sorry I have not been posting like usual. Trying to take some time to heal myself while still being productive. The waves of life have been rolling hard recently but I can finally feel a still about to come. ❤️‍🩹 For today I have a behind-the-scenes video I took during a nude photo shoot when I was in Chicago a couple of weeks ago. It was quite simple as far as concept, but really beautiful with the lighting and location. Thank you, as always, for being here and supporting💜❤️‍🩹 It’s really nice to have this place to kind of escape too.

Don’t mind me just having an 80s wind machine moment 😋 The friend I stayed with in Chicago is a curated antique collector and has the most fun items in his house. Usually I let my hair air dry after a shower but it was so cold it wasn’t drying all the way so I got to use this tiny, but powerful hairdryer!

I have this BEAUTIFUL shimmer body oil a local brand gave me and I finally used it today. It was so pretty all day, made me smell delicious (like cocoa), and hydrated my skin. All the thing we love in a self care moment 🥰 The video is in two parts because I had a little accident with glass and had to pause, classic Bella shenans amiright?

I am home for the holidays and had a chance to go through some stuff I left behind. I had completely forgotten. I left this bag of clothes, so it was almost like Christmas getting to see these items I had forgotten about! Full BTS video from my Porsche shoot in KC with Chazz Shoots. This was the fourth time I’ve worked with Chazz so at this point, it is old, friends, reuniting, and working easy together, which I always love. I got to ride around in the car after which has become one of my favorite parts of these photo shoots because I’m not much of a car girl, so I love being immersed in that world for a bit. The guy who owned the card at the behind the scenes for me, but he had to be sure to stay behind both cameras, so unfortunately, the videos, I’m a bit small and them, I zoomed in as much as I could without ruining the video quality too much. Still turned out great in my opinion ☺️

I’m missing my naked family in LA ❤️‍🩹 Sweet, sensual moments like this together, helping each other put on sunscreen. Or whatever little thing we want to do, just always a great energy. The craziest part of my trip is over, now it’s chill family time for the holidays. I went to Cargo Largo before I left KC (because ya girl is obsessed with a good deal) and wanted to share with you what I bought! I don’t often buy new things anymore because Thrifting is just so much more sustainable and cost-effective, but this store is an incredible exception. I got some gorgeous and sexy dresses for possibly New Year’s, some every day things, and some photo shoot items. Which one was your favorite?

This last week has been an absolute whirlwind! I’ve stayed back to back busy with photo shoots and hanging out with old friends. I’m so grateful to have so much love in my life 🥰 I’m headed out of KC today and will be with family the next week, getting to relax and have much more down time. Don’t mind me just clowning around on set 🤡 This trip has been incredibly abundant and good energy so far. I had a photo shoot with film the other day, I’ll have a separate post going more into those awesome details, but for one of the last shots, the photographer wanted to do a very serious classic portrait, but with silly details like the clown collar and nose. I was making myself laugh so hard with the nose to boob honk-honk 🤣

My first photo shoot back in Kansas City was with @audriasana who I’ve now worked with four times! Now that we’ve worked together so much it is always so fun and flowy getting to catch up and shoot. 🧡 When I visited last year in September, I did a short Paul flow video, and we did it again this year but now I have another year of experience under my belt and not only did I feel more confident, but she said she could see how much I had improved and learned which was really awesome. It felt so good. ☺️ The nude pole video is actually the routine I choreographed for the student pole showcase in December. So I had asked her if I could practice and get her feedback. So you’re getting a special preview!!

GRWM: first day back in KC ☺️ I am got really good sleep last night, but unfortunately, I’m definitely still a bit jetlagged and loopy with the time change. And I am excited to kick off my trip right away with a photo shoot and a podcast interview. Hang out with me as I get dressed for my day and chat with you about everything that is coming up. 💜

Nothing like a little airplane bathroom strip down tease 😋 I had a long but great day of traveling. I was supposed to have a seven hour layover in Phoenix, but was able to get put on a much earlier flight that save me about four hours. Then I got to spend the entire evening with a very close friend of mine. I am very much looking forward to this trip and I can’t wait to share my adventures along the way with you 💜

I got sent this super cute Santa lingerie by a brand from IG. Typically, I prefer high quality lingerie as it lasts way way longer (less waste) and fits much better than the usual made in China cheap ones. But when this brand reached out to be offering to send me something for free. I figured it couldn’t hurt. Although not super high quality, it is much nicer than I expected. It will be really cute and perfect for photo shoots coming up this month as everyone loves to have a sexy Santa to be able to post in December. 🎅🏽❤️‍🔥 Kitty absolutely LOVED it, he couldn’t stop playing with the fuzz. What do you think of it?

I want to do a live stream in December.💜 I’m thinking it would be a Thursday evening/night. Being on the islands my time zone is much different from everybody so I want to get a feel for what time I should start based on where everyone is. ☺️

I hiked down to this black sand beach with my friend for a cleansing, meditative morning. I got in the water up to my waist and got SO much sand in my bottoms I had to take them off to air out. After I wanted some reflection time & an energy reset, so sit with me on this beautiful morning. Breathe, journal, meditate, relax. Take this shortest of moments for yourself 💜

A very vibey behind the scenes video from my shoot for Metart in Mexico back in February. I think they finally released this photo set which is exciting because it was one of my favorites from that day. I love it because we got to play with the wet clay on my body. It felt so nice in the hot sun having the cold slippery clay on me.
