Added 2022-09-07 07:12:58 +0000 UTCI have a shoulder injury .. that’s causing me neck and back pain as well… making it harder to sleep or do anything really.. it’s making me depression and really effecting my motivation 🥲💀 Physical therapy is like 150$ a session … Any tips or help towards that would be really appreciated
