It's about the stillness within, about me becoming me again.💕I started simple: a mat, YouTube and a desire to unload myself somehow. And then I noticed how my body started to respond. How mornings started to start with breathing instead of anxious thoughts. How I heard what was inside me for the first time in a long time.Yoga is my personal way of stopping, feeling the ground beneath my feet and reminding myself, “I am here”. I am not tasks, not deadlines, not expectations. I am a person who is simply breathing.✨If you need a place to be truly yourself sometimes - maybe this is your path too. Try it.
