

You know how the phrase goes shop till ya drop. That’s exactly what I did today while speed walking around the mall totaling about 12k steps superseding my daily goal of 10k steps.
Getting in adequate physical activity even on the weekends makes for a more vibrant day, with a better mood, increased energy and a more positive experience overall.
