Added 2024-03-01 14:00:28 +0000 UTCDay 3 of my “squatting until I have a world class ass” videos, had a day off yesterday and back at it today 💪 I managed 36 or 37 (depends if you count the first squat or not - it was a bit half arsed lol) I was aiming to do 35 or 40 so I’m saying mission accomplished. Also judging by my moans and grunts it’s a good thing I’m exercising at home instead of at a gym 🫣
