Well, I officially can no longer edit any videos on my laptop - it only successfully turns on 1 in every 3 attempts, and when it does, it turns itself off when I try and load any video or open any software to edit with đ˘
People keep saying things like âiâll buy you a new laptop!â But nobody ever actually does lol.
At the current rate of âevery price everywhere constantly increasingâ, I probably wonât be able to afford a new one for a good few years assuming the price of laptops doesnât also keep going up (which is really depressing because it means I wonât be able to post any long videos I film in future because I wonât be able to edit them until I have a device that actually works).
I donât want to change my prices here - and as far as I can remember, my page has been the *same price* since starting in *2019* - but I might have to think about it in future if I continue to be completely unable to get a new laptop (for context, the *cheapest* one that hits my requirements is ÂŁ700 new and ÂŁ550 on sale at currys, and I usually have around ÂŁ10 left over each month after rent/bills/groceries despite buying the cheapest options for everything I can).
Sorry for the complainy post, Iâm just really upset and like every electronic device I own is breaking at the same time and I canât afford to replace any of them, and if they all fully break then I wonât have any way of making money at all and itâs very stressful and Iâve spent much of the past few days crying about it âď¸
