Contact me for Dom links as those can change frequently: Domperidone - 3 10mg pills, 4 times a day - 120mg total Prenatal Vitamin - just whatever the recommend daily amount is Omega 3 - 2000mg Milk Thistle - 1000mg Sunflower Lecithin (new addition 3/13/23) - 1200mg Shatavari - 1300mg Alfalfa - 1500mg Moringa (after Dom, my next strongest recommendation to add) - 6000mg Goat's Rue - 0.28ml (I use a liquid version that I add to my coffee and tea) Additionally: Mother's Milk Tea - 3 cups a day Fennel fruit - 560mg per serving Anise fruit - 350mg per serving Coriander fruit - 210mg per serving Fenugreek seed - 35mg per serving Blessed thistle herb - 35mg per serving Proprietary Blend (spearmint leaf, lemongrass leaf, lemon verbena leaf, marshmallow root) - 560mg. Brewers Yeast - 15 g in my coffee - I need to add much more into my diet, it makes a difference Also: I drink at least 2 - 12oz glasses of water with an electrolyte powder added a day. These helps boost the hydration power of the water you drink
