Hey gang,
This is called the "lizard" pose. This is a great yoga pose if you sit a lot during the day. It opens up your hips and strengthens your hamstrings, glutes, and the spine. It can also be modified to make it a little bit easier! If you cannot lean on your forearms then come up onto your hands. This way you can still get all the benefits from the stretch and slowly progress to your forearms. I would recommend to hold this position for at least 60 seconds and make sure to get the other side too! DM me if you want some tips ;)
