I talked previously about the "bird dog" pose. This is a variation of that, which is done on your back. This takes some of the pressure off your knees and lets you really focus on your full body connection from your toes up to your finger tips. Remember to keep your core tight and your back flat on your mat. Alternate opposite arm and leg for 10-15 reps. Message me if you want some pointers or advice ;)
