Now the only thing im left with is the chronic pain that will go away with time once im mentally back to normal. My body has been through a lot this year, a lot of pain, stress and trauma that it didnt deserve. Im gonna only treat it with love and care now, healing and loving it. I will never put my body and my mental health through so much ever again. These 7 months has showed me how little i knew about the processes going on in my body, how tightly my body is connected with my head and how my own attitude towards my illness can shift how i feel. Theres a lot of work ahead but im healthy and now its time to heal my head too!
