Take time to care about yourself and rest. I wanted to Thank you all for being here and supporting me and my content, sending lovely msgs every day and most importantly being awesome people. This year has been really weird - on one hand had the most amazing summer on the farm and in the jungle, doing mind work and just taking care of myself but on the other the health issues have always been a dark cloud over these amazing memories. So it was hard on a level i havent known before. We all struggle in some ways, bigger or smaller. Its ok. Its life. Take it and accept it and then just do everythjng you can to overcome it.
