2. 100 jumping jacks
3. 20 squats
4. 20 burpees
5. 8 minute abs video
I worked up to this. Starting with a 1/4 mile and 20 jumping jacks. I try to at least do the run everyday to wake myself up. Are you all interested in my workouts and diet?
