I used to do dancing videos all the time before my illness progressed. My body reacts to exercise, in a negative way i never really knew possible (muscle tremors and twitches, fatigue, brain fog, dizziness etc.) but there's hope if i start building up my exercise little by little. So today we get a dance video!! I hope you all love it, i havent made one in at least a year I believe. ((i will not be doing custom requests for exercise/dancing/physically taxing videos still.. i dont want to agree to things then not fulfill them, or agree to things and be exhausted and unable to work for a day or two. thank you for understanding, i know a few of you enjoyed my workout and yoga videos as well, i'm hoping to make it back to the point of being able to do those again!))
