Added 2024-01-23 01:14:42 +0000 UTChey guys this is a very different post. but i want to be transparent with everyone. my hedgehog, yuki, went to the vet today because of bl00d appearing on her wheel. we did the necessary processes and found out that she has a mass in her uterus and she is in critical condition due to bl00d loss. she is only 10 months old, and for her to have such a condition is generally unprecedented but still possible. i have been crying on and off ever since i got the news. i put a lot of myself into my hedgehogs, i love them so so much. and the idea that yuki could be taken away from me at such a y0ung age when she still has her whole life ahead of her sends me into an emotional down spiral unlike anything else. she is going to need surgery to remove the mass, and she may also require a bl00d transfusion from another hedgehog. everything is looking to be about $2000 but the price has not been finalized as there are factors at play that could change it. the earliest the vet said they could get her in for surgery is THIS wednesday. i am going to do it, i think. i am going to use my Care Credit to pay for it. which means i am going to be putting every penny of this OnlyFans into financing it for the foreseeable future. your support means more to me than ever right now. i want to live in a world where yuki makes it through her surgery and gets all of the necessary care that she needs to live the rest of her happy hedgie life. thank you so much.
