Full story: I am part of a group of girls who seek to make the gym a safer and more comfortable place for women who have *never* stepped on a gym. They helped me when I was starting - teaching me, guiding me, sometimes just meeting me at my doorstep to give me some company while walking to the gym (as a way of encouraging you to actually go!)
And I did this for Alice - specifically I met her at her doorstep and we walked together. Talking about this, about that....
