

I’ve been thinking about starting a guided mediation, stress relief class, once a week, would any one be interested in participating? 🪻 I know how hard all of you work day in and day out, and that means you deserve some rest and relaxation! With me guiding you of course 🧘🏼♀️ My major in college was Fitness Management and I would love to get back into my health and wellness teaching groove! I used to teach group exercise classes and personal train, but stress management is something so needed in today’s world in my opinion and I’d love to start sharing that with all of you! PS.
