

I’m so excited to host my first meditation/stress relief class tomorrow! 🌸 It’ll be 1 hour long and it will have a few different components: 1. We will start with some light stretching to get the body flowing and ready to meditate. This will not be a workout class. This is something anyone and everyone can participate in. This will put us in a good headspace to focus on the present moment and really feel what we are doing with our bodies. 2. The Guided Meditation session will be next and this will take up the majority of the hour session. Meditation can look so different for so many, so I want to provide a space for others to learn what works for them. The goal of this session is to provide a relaxing space for you all to relax and destress! I want to show others how important it is so take care of our minds and bodies in this way. Practicing meditation can help us stay calm in stressful environments and situations and provide clarity when making tough decisions.
