Life there was so easeful. I felt grounded, clear, content, connected, and inspired and I’m making sure I bring that energy back with me as I settle back into life here in the states. As aware as I try to be, I realized the toxic hustle mentality has seeped it’s way into my psyche and it was enlightening to understand I can live a more natural, simple, slow-paced life without feeling like I’m missing out on something. The permission to simply BE was just the reminder I needed and hopefully reading this helps give yourself the permission too! I woke up every morning feeling an overwhelming sense of gratitude. It ignited this intense eagerness to explore and sip in all the exciting adventures and tiny in-between moments.
 I ate all the most delectable fruit. I met beautiful humans from all over the world that opened my mind. I went on a thrilling rafting ride on class V rapids. I saw all the cutest animals, and I experienced some of the most beautiful waterfalls and beaches and hot springs I’ve ever laid my eyes on. This entire trip literally would not have been possible without your support here. I love you all deeply.
