Yesterday I bent over to sit my dog’s food bowl on the floor and it seemed to trigger a sciatic flare up. I’ve been in quite a bit of pain and moving around has not been easy for me. I’m giving myself tonight to rest a little and tomorrow I will take pictures! I’ll just be standing up because that’s easier for me to do than the usual pictures in my bed. But I just wanted to say that if you don’t see photos in the morning, don’t worry because there will be some either in the afternoon or in the evening!
