Stuffing myself with six pieces of fried chicken and spaghetti Followed by slow motion jumping jacks in the park Oh yeah, and I measured my waist and belly before and after the stuffing! Is it just me or have jumping jacks gotten a lot harder in the past couple years? 😅 I'm not about to blame the extra 65 lbs I'm carrying around, or all the food sloshing around in my poor belly. Couldn't be because of my sedentary, catnapping lifestyle or all of the enablement from my feeder...
