Feb 10. Did a heavy bicep/tricep routine. Hr cardio. 30 sauna. Lost 7lb and almost hit my decade low!!! Tomorrow is a cardio day. And abs. Always abs. So I think Iโ€™ll get under that. I think feb 1st I was 255lb . So 17lb in 10 days is damn good. Wonโ€™t be able to maintain that much loss as I push this routine. But itโ€™s a damn good result so far ๐Ÿ˜Š
