I only adjust light and colors to make everything more pleasing to the eye. And I can tell you that a LOT of models on Instagram edit their bodies (I have a good eye for that now). To be clear, I don't judge them, it's hard to grow on social media and we have a lot of pressure to be more 'efficient' hence the sometimes exaggerated (that makes people react) body editing or surgery. Just be mindful that 'real' bodies can look different.
